The Philanthropy Committee is calling for Cantonese-speaking #volunteers to support female leaders of grassroots organisations empowering HK women, as part of our project supporting HER Fund.
We are seeking volunteers to virtually present pre-prepared content on #financial statements and #budgeting to the participants at sessions on 23 and 30 January (Saturday).
We are also calling for volunteer #mentors to support these participants through two mentoring sessions. Mentors will support their mentees by discussing basic financial management concepts and assisting the women through any specific financial management queries relating to their organisations. The mentoring sessions can be scheduled at the volunteer’s convenience.
A virtual briefing session will be held next week. Cantonese language skills and basic financial skills are necessary but prior mentoring experience is not necessary.
