On 28 March, WiFA will be hosting the next event in our Male Advocacy Series. The event will take place from 12-2pm at BlackRock, 16/F Champion Tower, Three Garden Road, Central, and be presented by Naomi Sedney.
This workshop is designed to help attendees reflect on their own opportunities to set up and progress an internal network of male change agents through discussions and exercises. The event is only open to 20 participants (male and female!), and is especially relevant for those with an interest in male advocacy in their professional roles as business leaders, heads of D&I, HR, L&D or Women Association representatives etc.
Objectives of the workshop
• Participants understand why men need to be engaged to reach gender equality
• Participants realise that they are part of the solution and have the mindset and tools to become effective change agents within their organisation and their teams
• Participants will receive tips on how to start / progress an internal network of male change agents within their network
