When asked, how would you introduce/ define yourself?
I am the co-founder & Chief Hustler of WHub.io – Hong Kong biggest start-up community, co-founder & CEO of AngelHub – Hong Kong first regulated start-up investment platform, and a founding board member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong.
When did you speak for WiFA?
I had the pleasure to talk to a panel during the WIFA Annual Outlook 2019 along the talented moderator Jodi Schneider. We discussed FinTech, Blockchain, Green Finance and the trade war. Even though we had no crystal ball, truth be told these trends have grown significantly in importance in 2019.
Tell us one thing that is important for #CreatingTheWorkforceOfTheFuture?
In order to create the workforce of the future, we all need to adopt a mindset of transformation, innovation and resilience and being open to new ways of working, leading and growing. In this era where tech is everywhere, the focus needs to be on people.
What advice would you give to women who want to lead?
People believe in a vision. Make sure you find your ‘Why’ first and watch Simon Sinek’s video: leaders eat last. But above all things, listen to everyone, but make your own decision.
Tell us one unexpected/ fun fact about you?
I am an ultra trail runner and did a 100km trail run last year.
