Celine is a highly flexible and entrepreneurial financial professional who has a portfolio of experience across private wealth advisory, investment and corporate banking as well as hands on financial experience as a qualified accountant in house and for a leading audit firm. She is running a single-family office and advising UHNW clients on wealth planning. A native of China, Celine has extensive international exposure in the wider Asia region as well as from living and working in London and Paris. She is multilingual with fluency in Mandarin, English, French, Shanghainese and Cantonese. She also has broad based senior relationships across a number of sectors with Chinese companies.
Celine moved to Hong Kong in 2011 and joined Standard Chartered in their M&A team, during this time she advised a number of clients, in particular in the commodities and real estate sectors around acquisitions. Subsequently she joined HSBC where she was responsible for delivering the full suite of investment banking products across DCM, ECM, M&A and structured financing solutions to a wide range of corporate banking clients in the Greater Bay area.
Prior to Hong Kong, Celine joined BNP Paribas in Paris straight from HEC, one of Europe’s leading business schools where she graduated with an MBA. At BNP Paribas she gained significant transaction experience, in particular in terms of acquisition and leverage finance, M&A and IPO’s covering all sectors.
Prior to business school Celine was China based and qualified as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant through working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She subsequently joined LVMH to help them manage the finances of their then very rapidly growing perfume and cosmetics businesses.
