When did you join WiFA? What is your current role at WiFA?
I joined the mentorship program in 2019, and have been constantly inspired by my mentor Karyn who never fails to support me and champion women to excel at work. I hope to pass on this inspiration and promote the mindset that men and women are equally able.
Which committee will you be leading in 2020? What are your key goals?
I am currently co-chairing the Emerging Talent committee. Using input from experienced colleagues from the financial industry, my goal is to identify the skills and attitudes required to be successful in the future workplace In order to raise up those who are new to the industry.

What advice would you give to women who want to lead?
Becoming visible is the vital first step.
